WILLOWISP.TOP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY TOOLS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM WILLOWISP.TOP SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless willowisp.top and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, b) a breach of these Terms, or c) any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of willowisp.top.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for the purpose of litigating any claim or dispute. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
